Police / garda
This specially designed program for law enforcement officers is designed with the limitations put on police / garda with what they can and cannot do with regards to the law.
We have had a number of garda training with us over the years.
Our main emphasis will be on the locking, joint twisting and controlling techniques.
Also the basics of throwing to help take down an assailant.
Stick / baton techniques will be taught, with emphasis on striking but also on using this weapon for controlling purposes.
Defence against knives and weapons empty handed will be taught as will defence against multiple opponents.
