Aishling has been training for 10 years at the school of Chinese martial arts and was one of the first students to join our school in 2000 when we opened. shi zhi Aishling was also one of 2 students who where the first achieve black belt/sash grade in our club.

Shi zhi Ashling runs our children’s kung-fu classes, and also instructs in our tai chi class.

She will also teach the praying mantis and yiliquan class when sifu Stapleton is not at class.

Aine has been training for 8 years at the school of Chinese martial arts, having previously done karate.

Shi zhi Aine was also the first student to achieve her black belt/sash grade.

Shi zhi Aine helps teach our children’s kung-fu class, and also instructs in our tai chi class.

she also teaches many of the clubs wing chun classes, and assists in the praying mantis and yiliquan class.
